Black Mail
Rooted in the eerie, real-life mystery of the Circleville Letters, Black Mail blends suffocating small-town paranoia with a supernatural force that doesn’t just punish secrets—it feeds on guilt itself.
Rhinewood, Ohio, 1978. Anonymous letters begin arriving, revealing devastating personal secrets. Their recipients—a criminal drifter, a runaway hit-and-run driver, a pair of adulterous lovers, and a power-hungry foreman—are each forced to either obey the letters’ twisted commands or face horrific consequences.
What begins as psychological warfare escalates to stark reality as the guilt they carry manifests as something terrifying, alive, and deadly. As they each spiral toward violence, collapse, or redemption, they must confront whether salvation lies in confession—or in being consumed.
