All participants will be subscribed to Blackstone Publishing's newsletter and must remain subscribed during the drawing to be eligible to win.

*Winners' names will be included as characters in David R. Slayton's next installment in the Adam Binder series, unless the winner declines. David R. Slayton and Blackstone Publishing retain the right to choose NOT to use a winner's name if they determine it conflicts in any way with other character names, or the narrative of the book. To decline this prize simply respond to the winner's notification email from Blackstone Publishing stating your desire to forfeit this portion of the prize. The nature and prominence of the winner's namesake character is solely up to the discretion of David R. Slayton and Blackstone Publishing. Winner will be required to sign a formal release indicating their approval to have their name used. Winner will also be subject to identity verification. If winner declines the formal release and/or declines to submit identity verification documents, they forfeit the prize. Limit of one prize per winner.
