Thomas M. Kostigen is a New York Times bestselling author and award-winning National Geographic writer. His most recent book, Hacking Planet Earth: How Geoengineering Can Help Us Reimagine the Future (Penguin/RandomHouse), is being made into a premium television series starring Robert Downey Jr. and directed by Academy Award winner Morgan Neville.
